HOW IT HAPPEN

I was shopping inside the Harris Teeter, my phone was either in my shopping bag or my back pocket. I stood in the cart area afterwards, packing my items and I didn't see it sense. I caught a B2 Metrobus right after, it could fell out there but I'm not sure.
